Iran will provide the army of the Russian Federation with bulletproof vests and helmets for the mobilized and send advisers to use drones, “Arash-2” ballistic missiles in the war against Ukraine.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

“The mobilized armed forces of the Russian Federation have begun to be provided with bulletproof vests and helmets of Iranian production, and new groups of “advisers” on the use of drones are also arriving from Iran to the Russian Federation,” the intelligence service said.

In particular, due to the inability to provide a new wave of mobilized with the necessary ammunition of its own production, the armed forces of the Russian Federation are beginning to use Iranian-made equipment.

“In the near future, it is planned to transfer 3,000 pieces of armor protection – 1,500 bulletproof vests, 1,500 helmets manufactured by Milad (Iran). Now Iranian ammunition is in warehouse 1061 of the logistics center of the 3rd motorized rifle division (Belgorod region),” the message says.

Also, the Iranian authorities are planning to send a new group of advisers to assist the Russian armed forces in the combat use of a new type of UAV – “Arash-2” and Iranian surface-to-surface missiles. Their deliveries are planned to begin in the near future.

Also, a group of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps advisers left Iran for the occupied Dzhankoy to assist in the combat use and improvement of Shahed-136 and Mohajer-6 UAVs.
